Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chiara Milán. If you’re not happy, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., earrings) cannot be returned unless defective.

3. How to Return

Contact us at info@chiaramilanit.com to initiate a return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@chiaramilanit.com. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
